Boredom

by Thanh Christopher Nguyen Tue 05 Apr 2005 00:10:36

Holy crap! I think I've reached an alltime high in boredom. What the hell does one do when one has such apathy for all things? You know when you get to the point of realization that everything you do is just killing time? I hate that, but this time, it's beyond that. It's like... I hit that several years ago, in Arizona. Now, it's just pervasive, and I can't even justify sleeping as a reasonable thing to do.

take up smoking?
search for meaning in life or kill yourself.
crap...i keep forgetting not to tell people to kill themselves. please don't actually do it...or leave me money for therapy to deal with the guilt.
I thought about taking up several drug addictions. I also thought about paying off all my college loans with credit-cards, then claiming bankruptcy. They're finally changing the law, so that people who crank up the credit-card debt with no intention of paying it off can get away with that. I'd better hurry up, if I really want to do that. I also thought about getting as much money from loans and what not as possible, and just skipping the country. I dunno. Killing myself seems like a less and less viable option every day. What the hell was the point of surviving adolesence and all that crap, just to end it now? I'd like to travel again, but I'm out of cash. Is smoking a good thing to take up when you're bored. Man... I can only imagine what my lungs would look like after a week! Masturbation is out. My dick is too small to bother with. Damn this asian blood. At least I got kung-fu and a decent recipie for eggrolls. Anyone want to make a movie?
I just thought about that last comment and its placement right after masturbation. Not one of those movies. I had a distaste for them every since I was a boom operator my freshman year of college. I mean, a highly mass-produced MTV type movie.
