My father's parents, and my asian friends' parents, etc... are the most racist people I have ever met, outside of the people at the airport in Phoenix, AZ - or the ones in Seattle, WA, waiting for a plane to Phoenix, AZ. And there was this one woman in the Maine Mall, but she had a southern accent, and was quite the fat ass. Other than these people, and more on a regular basis, and more deeply observed, some by tens of years, I see descriminating behavior.
All this - in response to the comment about Lani's film being
"... asian ...eroticism as a form of racism at all."
The film sounds like it was probably very fun and very "frustrating" to make. Whoopie!
