ohman. when i was a kid, i used to get strep throat twice a year, like clockwork. much of the time it turned into an ear infection. i think i’ve only gone through that once as an adult, but it’s definitely not an experience i’d wish on anyone.
the hallucinations that would accompany the high fevers were pretty interesting, though.
