ah, the iLamp. definately an improvement over the old model. still more expensive than it should be. with the move to decent specs, i wonder if they're dropping the rest of their desktop line. still have to wait and see if they catch fire like the cubes did.
the ability to move the screen around easily doesn't impress me that much. they seem to be stressing it in the marketing but i don't see the point. i haven't adjusted my monitor since i got it because i haven't had a need. when i work on the computer, i'm generally sitting in the same place for a long time. why would i want to move my screen all over the place?
i also liked the looks of the new 14" iBook. if they could have dropped the price on the baseline iBook down a little farther to below $1000, i think they would really have something.
