ah, the wizard book. ive traversed it cover to cover a couple of times. interesting material, and a fun project in functional programming languages (scheme being a smaller dialect of lisp) if you're bored or simply want to get enough experience points to level up. metacircular evaluator good. be sure to have emacs, because nothing matches parentheses better :-)
